Tire size

I am about to trade in the 6.0 and one of the problems i see comming is tire size on an 18. my question is can i put a 33x12.50 on the stock 18' king ranch rims, it works on my 17's but i figured an 18 would pinch too much.

Im not exactly following what you are asking but Im pretty sure all king ranches have 20s. You can def put a 33x12.50 on a stock 2008, the factory tires are that big or maybe a little bigger.

on the 2010's you can get 20's or 18's and im wondering if a 33x12.50 will fit on an 18 or if it will pinch the tire too much because the rim is too narrow

Not really I ran 37/12.50/18's on my stock 18's for a year with out any problems and it looked just fine.

I had 35x12.50 Pro Comp Extreme A/T's on my 05 on 18" wheels. They fit perfect, didn't rub anywhere and looked Awesome! I personally like the 20's better, if your ordering a 2010, I'd definitely go for the 20's.

You can fit wider tires on a 8" rim than a 12.50. You'll be fine.

well i have 33x12.50s on my stock 17's and i was worried since the 18's are taller they would make the tire pinch in too much, im still one of those guys that misses 15's. i wish i could find a set of 17 inch king ranch rims that looked like new and trade

Nah, the 18 won't make that much of a difference on pooch out. If you were jumping from 17's to 22's, now that would be a different story. I'm the kind of guy that likes small rims too. I wanted 17's so bad for my truck since that's the absolute smallest that could fit without brake mods, but I lost the battle of finding 17's that fit.
