Should I Paint the Bumpers? Poll

I need some help deciding if I should paint my bumpers and fender flares white. I also plan to get some Recon Smokes Tails and Harley Head Lights

Personally, I don't think so.

The recon lights would look sick on your truck though! A friend of mine has an indentical truck but already has the recon lights

I had a all white King Ranch 6.0 and the bumpers were powder coated, had a TON of rock chips in it in no time. It looked good at first but after 10k miles I already had 10 or so rock chips. If I could do it again I might put that 3M coating (clear bra) over it and see if that helped.

I want you to paint them white so that I could see exactly what it would look like!

I've got the same truck ('08 350 FX4 CC SB, white with the gray on the fender flares and bumpers) and I keep thinking about the exact same idea. I was actually thinking about leaving the fender flares gray and just painting the bumpers white. Please keep us posted on your decision and post pictures if you decide to make the change.

I like color matched bumpers, but in the end you are the only one that has to be happy with it!

I did on my FX4 truck, they were tan stock. But in your case, it looks good as is.

I like your truck alot better color matched! Any idea of what it cost to do both bumpers and the flares?

It cost me zero due to a drunk friend of a friend who backed his truck into the side of my truck. He paid for the body work and my new paint job. I'm guessing around $800 though...
