I've been considering buyin these steps. Anybody that has them, are they worth the price? Would you buy them again? Any problems with them?

I also have been thinking about them. I like the look without the nerf bars but I am afraid of my paint going to he11 without the protection.

I have a set on my truck...actually took them off of my '07 and put the stock steps from my '08 back on the '07 when I traded it in. The only thing is, the wiring for the '07 and '08 are a little different. Instead of having to order a new harness for the '08, I chose just to have my front doors work the Amp steps and not the back doors. I think it saves on the motors and besides, I'm not getting into my truck eveytime I open the back doors. If someone is getting in the back and needs the step, I can just open one of the front doors.

I love my steps and would buy them again.

Though more painful, there is more dignity being under the bus than under the desk.....at least under the bus, you're only swallowing a little pride....

iirc finding the wires on the 08 crew cabs is all in the same spot - heres the installation manual if youre interested.
