Bigger lift by adding parts?

Can you add lift parts together.. the idea I had was my leveling kit that came on the truck + the icon springs = 6.5" instead of 4.5" lift. New springs in the rear, boom bigger lift!

Concerns.. leveling kit spacers work with Icon springs? do the shocks that come with a 4.5" lift have enough extension for a bigger lift?

Am i'm just being stupid here?

It can be done. Icon sells a TEI spacer, which is pretty much just adding another inch underneath your coils, that should work with your shocks, making your lift a 5.5 inch. However, I don't know about using the leveling kit that came with your truck. I'd talk to the Truck Toyz guys about your plans, but it is definately doable.

2008 Ford F-350 XLT Regular Cab: 35" Toyo MTs, 2.5 Icon Leveling Kit, Keystone Hood, 4" Magnaflow, 6" tip, dpf/doc delete, S&B Intake, Spartan Tuned, Autometer Gauges

Waiting to install: Icon TEI Spacer, Icon 4-Link, OUO Traction Blocks, 35" Toyo MTs on 20x10 BMF Novakanes, Spearco Intercooler, Polished IC Pipe, EGR Delete, Polished Intake Elbow

You can technically do what you are saying, but like Willie said..... your being stupid. With the kit you have the TEI spacer would be the most that could be done safely. If you go beyond that, 6.5" or so, you need drop track bar, shocks, etc...
