7" Icon lift - what is the largest tire I can run?

I have a 2008 F 350 with 7" Icon lift and I am running 37" x 13.5 R20 Toyo Open Country, has anyone squeezed a 38.5" tire under their truck? I think it would be really tight as I have fender flares. If you have let me know and if you have pics that would be appreciated.

I have 37s on mine and I think its perfect. Could probably fit a 38, a narrow one.

I like them. They are noisy but not more than i expected and not near as noisy as the Nitto Mud Grappler. I am actually selling these wheels and tires to go to a 24 but will be buying the same tire for the new wheels.

Nope, I was asking the original poster, to see what size tire he could fit.

Bushwacker Fender Flares - Pocket style

Rims are - cant remember, only 9" wide and the tires rub a little. I got a decent deal on them and kind of regret it because I would like to have gone with the Mickey Thompson Atz 36 x 15.50.
