96 12v conversion

Ok got ahold of a 12v. I wanna put a zf6 behind it. I have an opportunity to get a nv5600 right now cheap. would that fit up to my NP 273? Also have a few other questions. What do I do about down pipes and IC piping? Oh this is going into a 03 F250 6.0

Parts for the NV5600 are becoming a little hard to come by as the tranny is no longer being produced. I've heard good things about the ZF tranny's and they will mate to your (Ford?) NV273... which will not mate to the NV5600 as the inputs are different between the Ford and Dodge NV271/273's.

You will need a 29 Spline input for the 273 for mating to that 5600. I agree on the 5600 becoming more and more rare. I was looking at those and parts are pretty steep.
