Blasted the frame and gave it a new coat of primer and semi gloss black paint.

Had a known engine problem (broken rings) when I bought it. But I was on a 75 acre job site so there wasn't a ton of driving that would cause me to worry too bad. So now that I'm home I've torn into the engine to fix it.

2002 F-350 CC, Shortbed, 4X4, rebuilt 7.3, EBV brake, 4" dual exhaust, B&D compressor wheel, head studs, Gear head performance 6 pos, Banks Big Head, built 4R100 w/triple disc torque conv, Shift kit, 204K, B&W Hitch and 5th wheel companion, Superlift Air Bags, 35 x 12.50 x 17 BFG KM2:

Pulled it apart, found 4 out of 6 pistons with broken rings!! So had the head rebuilt,ordered new piston packs,all gaskets, bearings, dampener, belt, tensioner, oil cooler and injector o-rings. Honed out all the cylinders, had wear in each cylinder bore, but honed out pretty good. Been painting everything I removed so it looks good installed. I have more pics, they just all keep showing up as too large of files, so I need to resize them.

Got it all put back together, ran the overhead, and fired it up. Runs great! My ET is expired right now so I have to have a buddy bring his and clear a few codes. Engine light is on from low oil pressure before start up.

Power loss was the barametric pressure sensor acting up. All is well now.
