I got one of these harnesses from Dfuser and can attest to the quality of the harness.

For those of you with the sensor on your dash that automatically turns on your heads or shuts them off depending on the ambient light....this harness WILL work and requires NO modifications....so don't confuse daytime running lights with this feature. Your lights will still come on and off with the sensor on your dash.

Can you make the harness so that the low beams and the highs stay on together?

Yes, but there is a problem with the 05+ headlight housing materials and the plugs them selves. They cannot handle the extra heat generated from both elements and extra voltage provided at the same time.

Typically at around the 15 minutes mark parts will start metling, when both engaged. Unlike the previous headlight and plugs, they can with stand the extra heat.

Now if we just allow the low beam to come in with the high beam w/o the harness that seem to work fine.

Bill thanks for the reply, my reason for the question is because I am running HID's and a pair of KC's as high beams so I don't have the melting headlamp issue.

Thanks,

Augie

BTW PM me with the price of the harness no fog light option but I need it to run the low beams with the highs.
