any 2wd lift kits

im lookin for a lift kit or something to bring the front up to match the back. i have a 96 F30 2wd CC LB and cant find a single one for them. i have seen them for the 99 but none for my year. also on the body lifts it says not for diesel motor why is that? if anyone could help i would appreicate it.

Fabtech makes a kit to lift the 2wd:

I asked this same question just the other day....check out " General ford truck and excursion " page 2 " Lift kit for 2wd F350 " I got some info on a few different kits. Might help you out.
