twin piping?

i have been shopping around for a set of twins for about a month and the only resonable prices i have found uses exhisting turbo. so i decided it would be much cheaper to build my own set. i managed to pick up a k31 for $600 new, (same thing in II tow twins) and i am about to buy a 62 series turbo, not sure who to go with yet. my question is, who could fab the piping. i am deployed right now, so i can't make it to any local machinest to see if they can until the 21st. just curious if anyone knows a cheap place to do it. i do not see why people are paying the prices they are asking for these twins when you could put the kit together for under $2,500.:splat
