4" Exhaust

Hello all,

New to the site, but just purchased a 2002 powerstroke crew-cab shortbox 4x4 and want an exhaust for it to start.
What would a 4" turbo-back straight-pipe exhaust run a fella?

Also, does anyone put a thermocouple mount on the downpipe? Plan on putting a pre-turbo thermocouple in, but just wondered if a post-turbo one would be any value?

You are better off with a pre-turbo EGT thermocouple. If you are just looking to have more gauges, you could have both but if you are only doing one, go with the pre-turbo.

PS: No value for an EGT post Turbo on these trucks.
