thumbs down "elites" customer service.....

Elite statrted off as a great company to deal with, i spent a ton of ching and referred tons to them....

customer service has went to   i cant start my truck in the morning on there extreme tune.... and cant seem to get a new tune from Tad....i call leave messages no returns....get run arounds on shipments, then get pissed and leave a pissed message, get a return call blamming the problem on an ex partner.....fine, im cool with that, lets forget about the past.....i call three days in a row leaving messages, need a new tune, need some tech questions answered and want to order up a turbo and possibly nos..... no return call, no return call, he is busy building injectors no return call..... i give up... finally tell his helper im going someplace else.... no call from Tadd.... so Tadd here is ur message.... i really was happy with u guys.... not sure what happened, too big too fast? either way im done with u guys and anyone i talk with from now on will be refferred to another company....

i have never in all my years of motorsports posted ANYTHING negative about a company untill now.... good products, the worst customer service i have ever experienced......

You seemed to be insulted by this, look at it from the other end of the room. He could have pulled product ideas out of thin air and sold you something that would not be the best for your application. But he chose to be honest (something you dont find a whole lot of these days) and told you to call back. To me that is great customer service! Just my 2 cents.

I called and spoke with someone and he was real nice, i asked to speak with Tadd and he said that he was writing tunes and was hard to get a hold of him but if i wanted i could leave a message and he would get back to me when he could.

He also said something about their shop being moved so it will be alot easier when they are all settled in their new place..maybe thats the source of some of the problems you are having with them right now?
