Chrome Door Handles

I looking for a set of chrome door handle covers for a 04 ford CrewCab, and tailgate.
but I need ones with no key holes.

The door handles I'm finding all have the driver side key hole but can be ordered with out passenger side key hole.

i took my front key holes out. so I need all 4 to be without key holes. is there anyway i can order like 2 set for the back doors?

I don't think they will fit on the front doors, I just did mine this past weekend on my '05 Dodge and noticed that the back doors were diff.

I went with Putco brand - have not seen any without the key hole in them.
