superchip programmer, need help

I have a superchip programmer that was on my old truck. I sold the truck and forgot to take the truck back to stock. Now I have a programmer that is vin locked. How can I get this thing unlocked?

1999 dodge 2500 CTD 5 speed 4x4, 3rd gen wheels with 35 BFG's, edge drag comp, autometer pyro and boost guages, 4in straight pipe, AFS Big Dog Fuel System with 1/2 line all the way. amsoil 4510 air filter, new VP44, DDP stage 3's, Southbend Con Fe All performance parts provided by farmboysdiesel.com

Superchip

You are going to have to round up your original invoice along with the invoice from Dodge for the PCM replacement. Call Superchips for an RGA number and they will get it taken care of. I don't remember if there is a charge for this.

but I didn't get the pcm replaced, I just sold the truck and didn't set it back to factory. I had forgotten about the programmer until now. But now it is vin locked from the last truck and I can't get ahold of the guy who bought it.
