Siege Engineering dealers?? I need help

First off, I didn't buy the kit from a supporting vendor on here anywhere :: but since install I've had problems with the compressors.

Purchased new from Siege Engineering in November, 2008. Installed December 10, 2008. Install went okay, but I wasn't impressed with the kit its self.

On Christmas day, one of the two compressors in the kit locked up and quit working. Well, I shut it off via the switch on the compressor, sent an e-mail to Siege Engineering, and never heard anything from them. Two days later, I turned the truck on, and as it was idling before I left, the second compressor locked up. Mind you, it had about 10 minutes run time total since the first compressor locked up. I called Siege Engineering on Friday, and spent nearly an hour on hold, and finally gave up and left a detailed message, with my full name and callback number. They never called the rest of the day, and the first part of the day Monday. I called again yesterday (Monday) and spent almost another hour on the phone, and again gave up and left a message. I've still yet to hear anything from them.

Are there any Siege Engineering dealers on here that can help me out?

Well, I just got off the phone with Laura. She's sending me 2 new compressors at no cost, and I don't have to send my old compressors back. She also said that if I have any problems with these, that upgrading to the Viair compressor will be an option, at no cost to me.

I'm very impressed with the customer service after getting ahold of them!!!

I just wish I would have bought the Viair compressor setup to begin with.

I know that they just started using their own compressors on some of the kits. I always recommend going with the Viair compressor.

If you have any more issues with getting in touch with them, let me know. They have two phone numbers, one for the offices and one to the warehouse. You contacted the warehouse if Laura is who called you back.

Thanks Kenny. I'm hoping that these ones get here, and die fast, so I can just upgrade and be done with it. I've always heard good things about Viair compressors, and I can't believe I was dumb enough not to do it, and not to buy it from you either.

Back when I had my bagged blazer I ran 2 Viar 450's. Ensure they are kept cool, and run the appropiate gauge power wires and they should be fine. Make sure you use the intake filter relocater if you think they could get dirty. Good luck!
