ISSPRO Performax Question/Problem

Guess I should have said...Another.

Every once in-a-while after shutting the truck down all of my guages will Buzz. After pushing the light adjustment button for the gauges, it stops.

Like this Buzz.....Buzz.....Buzz Real rythmic like.

Could anyone help me with this?

Thanks to all vendors we really appreciate all that you do for the site!!!

Is it a buzz or just a tick? Where is your key on switch at? It sounds like the ESP is getting power after shutdown and the gauges are twitching as they 0 out. I started Alpha testing the Performax line about two years ago, I dont know the guts of the system but I do have a good understanding. I will shoot Michael a link to the thread as well.

Thanks joe. I am currently in contact with Michael on the issue.

Basically, with the ignition completely off they will buzz and jump from zero to around 200 on the pyro. Rythmic like a buzz a second. I am going to attempt some video the next time it happens.

Good deal! Michael will get you fixed up! You hook up the peak recall function yet?

Not yet. I dont have another wire with that style of fitting on the end for another button. Probably just move the wire that is hooked to my function button that adjusts the back lighting. There set now.

You didn't get the wire for the Total Recall function? You must have an older unit (was probably on someone's shelf a while). There was a short period of time where the Total Recall software was installed but the wire was not included. If yours was from before that time, then you need a software update to get Total Recall. If you can PM me your address, we'll send you a replacement ESP with a return shipping tag (I'll steal the one out of my truck since I'm not driving it until racing season starts again). This might also help narrow down your problem.

Thanks,
Michael
