Need help on lift kit

I have 20x10 rims with 37x14.5 tires need a lift to clear was thinking 6 but not sure if it would be enough Also new gear ratio will be 17.46% higher to much to help fuel mileage on highway?

Ok sory guys and gals I put truck info in thought it would display it truck is a 2007 dodge mega cab stock wheels and tires for now Banks cold air intake supper scoop super chips programer and 6" stacks

I voted 6. I reckon the tires would clear it since it is an option.

Nightmare 6in is plenty for those 37. 8in is getting to the point of no return dont know what you really do with it as far as use. I just ordered a 6in and im going to be running 35's on 18
