"Lane Frost and Freckles Brown made bull riding a sport people wanted to see, sponsors wanted to be a part of, and television wanted to show whether it was on the news or otherwise. There have always been great bull riders but when you look at those two, they weren't just bull riders, they were stars."

Smoking like a freight train is fine for the track/sled/dyno.. But if we want to keep driving performance diesels, we should all be striving to have very little on the street....

If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen. - quote by Samuel Adams

Political correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end

Gotta give them gassers some smoke to let them know they're being whooped by a diesel.

Still trying to get my smoke down on the street. The turbo rebuild helped, injectors and pump are probably next. It does clear out tailgaters though.

Smoke is dumb, this is why there are so many more regulations on diesels. You give the image they are dirty people are going to complain...and I like MPG's personaly. If you have a light haze coming out thats fine but closing down 2 lanes is stupid...

As little as possible. Even on the track it would be nice to see the higher performance guys try to ease up on the smoke.
