Rad Overflow

when sitting idling angle parked on a street, rad fluid will dump out of the overflow excessively, what would cause excess pressure to build up in the rad and dump rad fluid over the overflow??? only happens at idle, and there is not too much fluid in the degas bottle.... help?

Nope engine runs perfectly normal temp, that's what's bothering me, usually your temp fluctuates if its head gaskets doesn't it?? I will try washing the cap to see if that helps, thanks

When I popped a HG in my lb7, it never got hot. The low coolant light would just come on. More often when I drove it stop and go.

Did you have any other symptoms other than rad fluid blowing out the overflow?

no, if it sat and idled it would leak. If I drove hard on highway, I'd loose 3-4 qts in 70 miles. Temp never passed 200.
