If your not looking to make more than 500 power, than a 4" should flow plenty.
Choice of brand is a matter of personal preference. Some guys go with a muffler to help with droning others like to run straight.

Ive heard alot of pple say 500 horse with the 5". Would there be any drawbacks to running a 5" anyways even if not making those numbers or close, just to have a big exhaust?

Again what do you guys run and how does it sound. I want alot of turbo to be heard from my truck..thanks

4" is PLENTY sufficient for what you want, why spend another $150-200 for 5" if your never going to need it, the main restriction wont be the 4" system, rather the turbo-up pipe thats only 3"

I run a stock size straight pipe and it whistles pretty good out of the exhaust, and really no drone at highway speeds at all
