Can not go over 25 MPH

Check engine light came on. Would not shift out of 2nd, and would not go any faster than 25 MPH. Any ideas ?

when was the last time your fuel filter was changed?

My guess is the filter also. How cold was it. Did it possibly gel up?

I changed the fuel filter. That did not fix it. Got it to dealership they found two codes one was map sensor the other was maf sensor. Turned out the connections were wet. They dried them out and all is good. Thank you all for your help.
