Aftermarket Intercooler on LBZ

I am going to hit 100K miles this week. I am going to finally remove my EGR from the truck and reroute the CCV. I want to replace the intercooler, so I know it is clean. Anyone have thoughts on a Spearco or Banks Technicooler? I have a Banks in my 6L and thought it did a great job in reducing the EGT's. Just wondering if I am going to get the same results in the LBZ?

If your worried about the oil residue in the IC from the PCV, don't be. I rerouted mine, about 5k miles later I put the banks boost tube on so I had to take the tube from the turbo to the intercooler off. It was bone dry inside. At the same time we put the banks tube on an LMM and it had a lot of oil in it. So in my mind within 5k miles of the reroute all the oil is gone.

I haven't heard many reviews on the intercoolers and lower EGT's but it would have to help some.

From a performance stand point IMO it would be a waste. I know of at least 1 LBZ in the 10's on a stock intercooler with no problems.
