injector sleeve came out

i am currently replacing my injectors and two of the sleeves came out. Does that mean i need to replace the sleeve or just some new o-rings? Plus how do the sleeves seal in the head?

Unless the cups are damaged, you can just replace the o-rings and press them back in the head. As for the correct way to press the cups back into the head, I'm not sure how to do that any more.

There is a sealant you need for the sleeve or you will build pressure up in the coolant system and belch it everywhere.
