03 LB7 Limp mode W/ Plow/dumpbody current draw

I had problems with the battery isolator and removed it now the truck runs rough and goes into limp mode with current draw from the dump body or plow!
Checked and bypassed all the grounds and cables on all three new batterys and still no change

Do I really need the isolator? I Know people that have deleted the isolator and have no problem!

I know sombody has had this problem out here and figured it out!!!

Any help would be much appreciated
