Hot tuner and lift pumps immediately come to mind. Predator on higher settings liked to smoke. PPE will too.

Disclaimer: ***You do run the risk of limping the tranny with any tune above +100hp.***

PPE hot and a lift pump, for the occasional smoking, but not too much, because you will smoke your tranny

2001 Chevy SB/CC Duramax LB7

Garrett GT4088R from PPE, PPE Duel fuelers, PPE Tuning, PPE stage 4 transmission w/suncoast 1056 converter, PPE Lift pump, Fabtech tie rods, Black Eagle alloys.
Engine is apart and in the garage
Goal is to have it done by the end of this summer.

If all you want is smoke just fill your exhaust w/ grease or just roll your air filter in it.

An efi live tune or PPE tune will give you a lot of smoke, but you would need exhaust and gauges. Trying to get a lot of smoke out of your dmax will need quite a bit of power, and your trans won't last.
