Thinking about 5" exhaust

Is 5" exhaust worth it, or can I loose power from it if Im not pushing a ton of fuel? Also, how loud do you think it would be straight piped? Thanks for any info!

You shouldn't loose any power with going big. I have 4" straight and it sounds really good but it's not Dodge loud.

I have a 4in downpipe with 5 in back and it is not too loud for me, but then again I used to ride a Harley and I go by the "Loud Pipes Save Lives" motto. I will put it this way, my 1yo boy sleeps right through any droan while I am going down the road. Hope this helps,
