01 Duramax No Power, rough idle

Just picked up an 01 3500 mason dump duramax with about 60,000 miles on it and the truck idles kinda rough and if you just free rev the engine it breaks up a little bit. Other than that the truck rides nice but it seems kind of gutless would it be something related to it idling rough?? i changed the fuel filter thinking it was that but it still runs the same.

Yup, sounds like injectors to me. We've actually had that problem but it was caused by a bad lift pump before.

Goal is to have it done by the end of this summer.

Fuel pressure regulator would be my opinion. Only way to check is to hook a Tech2 up to it.
