2003 White smoke?

OK my Dads 03 has a haze of white smoke most of the time at an idle and then is pretty thick when whe first throttles it after a long idle. Truck is Stock, about 130,000 miles. Also this doesn't happen all the time and we cant find any fuel in the oil, seems that it only smokes when the temp is running a bit cooler. Is it possible that the thermostat could be the problem or justand injector problem??

Also the fan motor on the A/C sometime runs for up to 30 minutes after the truck has been cut off??? thanks for any help.

Garage
white smoke is an injector issue, take it to the stealer, with 130,000 miles it will still have injector warranty

took it to the stealership, they said I need to change both thermostats first, that it seems to just be running cool. And also everytime they would plug in their computer my truck would blow their fuse in the computer. I need a wiring diagram on the cig. lighter power source and a sticky on how to change the thermostats. Any help please!
