4L80E, no gears no park after new shift solenoids

1995 GMC K2500 6.5-T 4L80E:

Ok I dropped the pan changed filter and shift solenoids refilled with fresh fluid and now I have no gears nothing forward nothing backward and there is no park.

When I shift back to park it clicks & grinds so shut it off, so with the shift lever in park I push the truck by hand it rolls freely.

So keeping my hand by the key I fire it back up no clicking shift through all the gears and still nothing go back into park position it clicks and grinds so quick shut it off.

Any ideas ? Went from R and 2 To no gears no park ?
