Those commander gauges are nice. The digital gauges and standard gauges both have their high points. The digital commander gauges have a little time delay on relaying the data to you. But....like you said, it is more compact, and all the gauges are on the 4 inch screen where the standard gauges take up the entire A-Pillar. Really just your preference. Also, the commander stores your high and low values, so you know how hot the egts got up to.
