265/75/16 safe to mount on a stock 2500hd rim?

Any tire experts know the width of the stock 2500hd wheels (forged, polished aluminum ones)

i dont need a calculator i need to know the width of the RIMS pictured in your avatar.

The rim width not the tire width.

They are 6.5". I've had 285"s,305"s,and 315"s on stock wheels. No issues.

01 2500 Duramax/ZF6,returned to daily driver590/995
03 3500 Duramax/Ally S/C IV EFI Live {Brothers truck}
04 3500 Duramax/Ally EFI Live,feed truck with 3 bale Hydra-Bed,very sick trans
06 4500 Duramax/Ally 4x4 Monroe,EFI Live,Danville turbo, CM flatbed
11 2500 Duramax/Ally 4x4 H&S tuned and deleted {GF's truck}
13 3500 Duramax/Ally 4x4 stock for a very short time
Some Green Equipment and a heard of Black Angus cows

yea I have seen 315's on them too. I think the 305's look the best.

Haven't you seen Cheyenne19's truck on DP? He has 315"s the on both his
D-Max's on stock wheels.
