Recommendations for GM 19.5 (10 bolt) wheel simulators?

I see (2) vendors on eBay with them: $245 and $219 shipped

Anyone buy a set from eBay...if so, were they quality..how much is actually stainless steel?

thanks

Been all over eBay...can't locate this vendor. Are they mostly metal or do they have some plastic?
