post a picture of your carb and ill tell you lol. should be a screw on the side with a spring under it. you would tighten the screw to bring the idle up. i would do it while its running. you might have to rev the bike once or twice after you move the screw.

probably the mixture, if you keep jacking the throttle it will run, let off the throttle pull the clutch it will die, i have the equipment to get a picture, but i don't know how to get it on the computer yet. illiteracy sucks
i seen the idle screw with the spring, there is a allen head screw at the bottom of the carb, would that be the mix, rich or lean?

dont mess with the bottom screw if it was already set. that will change your idle but usually if you havent changed anything you shouldnt have to mess with that. just change the idle on the screw with the spring.

the bottom screw on the outside of the carb is prob a drain, if its brass. you usally have to take the carb apart to get into messing with the fuel mixture(jets and all).
but like he said turn your idle up but not to high, just so it will stay running and sound ok.

the idle screw must have vibrated way out, screwed it in a bunch, solved the problem, i would have bet on a mixture issue, but it wasn't, thanks again guys.
