Tax credit for bio-fuels in Oregon

$0.50 /gal for B99
$0.10 /gal for B20
$0.42 /gal for E85

Up to $200 per individual per year.
Save those recipets if you are an Oregon Tax Payer

Is that for the individual buying the fuel or just for the companies producing the fuels?

Looks to be the individual buying. I know the federal one is more for the producer/retailer. The federal one is also for companies that use it for business, so I'd guess if you owned your own business and were writing off your truck expenditures you could get the Fed one too.
