Keeping Clean!!!

Does anyone know if running a certain percent (whatever that may be) of Bio Diesel would get you the same cleaning of internals (tank, lines, injectors) as a fuel system cleaner would?

I'm not sure on what percent would be best but remember Bio-D is a solvent. So it will clean, so keep an extra fuel filter handy.
