bio legal in NC

here in sunny NC our legislature just passed into law that homebrewers of bio-diesel are no longer subject to the 2000 dollar bond, or to pay road tax on homebrew anymore as well as seeing that all state vehicles, school buses etc...
run b20 by next year. this is quite a victory for us here in NC can't wait to see whats next!
