E85

: I know this isn't diesel but will 4wheelers burn E85? What about old gas tractors? It's only $2.45 here and I'd like to make use of it.

Thanks

No, the use of E85 (and most other Exx blends over E5) will cause carbureted engines to run lean and in many cases overheat especially with air-cooled equipment.

What about the new EFI quads? Most are watercooled now.

I would also check with your dealer. It doesn't matter if its EFI. If it isn't designed to run on E85...it won't do it.

I know it's a joke but at $2.45 I figured at least mybe I could run the 3 4wheelers on it. Guess not .
