6.0 egr delete

Hey Guys,

I'm building a few motors and bought a couple egr deletes kits. I'm going to go a different direction with the chargers that require different exhaust pipes and a completely different intake manifold.

So, I have a couple of egr delete kits for sale. They are Passenger Diesel's delete kit (click here for photos and full description ). The kit includes the Up-pipe (strongly recommended for 05 and newer) as well as the entire cooler delete. This is a very high quality kit, which is why I went with it.

I paid about $425 to my door, willing to sell for $350 shipped to lower 48 (UPS Ground). For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada let me know you address and I will let you know how much. I am willing to give up to a $25 allowance for shipping.

My life is like my license plate.

Everything is right side up, but feels upside down.

Yeah, with me mounting the charger in the front of the engine, I need to change everything around and don't need these anymore.

If you have one left when I get home, 1st week of May, I'd be interested in it.

Ok, I took some photos of the kit.

Complete Kit

Up-Pipe, Check out the quality of the weld

Even Welded on the inside

Here is the cooler delete. Again, check out the quality of the weld

Here is the cooler delete plate/block off plate.

The Plate has a chamfer around the entire outside edge. The plate is also, threaded. Some people call this feature the difference between doing the delete with the intake manifold on or off. Either way you have to take the manifold off, but some call this the difference.

The underside uses an o-ring so you don't have to worry about replacing a gasket if you ever need to remove the delete.

Again, every edge has a chamfer. Notice the chamfer's are different between the two surfaces. This means that they took the time to measure and spec out each one, instead of just using the same for both because it was easy.
