Exhaust Brake

Jacobs Medium Duty 4" #120608 KS200-196R
It's listed as 4" although because of the inlet side necks down to 3.25" due to the half marmon style v-band style flange and the outlet v-band flange necks down to 3.75". Right after the flange it opens back up to 4". These were sold for International Truck for DT466. I bought 2 of these for $1200 and installed one on my dually. I'm running 650hp 12V Cummins twin turbo through mine. I have a 5" downpipe coming out of my HT3b turbo and necks down to 4" straight except where I have this brake mounted. Steven.
