Front hitch

I have an 04 F350, but looking to do the 05+ front end swap, eventually. I was wondering if there is a front receiver hitch out there that does not require that I remove my factory fog lights. I want a front hitch, but also want to keep the fogs, anyone know of any?

I have one that I get to keep my fogs on my 2002 even with the 2007front end conversion, it's name is either Curt or Curtis? One or the other I believe. Hope this helps!

Do you have any pics? or how about a part#? I found the website and it looks like this might be the answer. Also, how much did it cost you?
