6NZ turbo and manifold.

Just did a flange gasket on my dads 6nz cat and found the center divider on the manifold and turbo are warped and flaking. I've read s lot of posts about a good Borg Warner turbo replacement but not to sure on what the best manifold is out there. Does Mr Hsndy still go business? What's everyone running now days?

I just put a pdi on mine , the shop is a dealer and from looking on the web it wasn't that out of line for aftermarket and they said it was better than the 600 dollar ones one some sights , it dose run cooler egt now but I had so mush fixed ( CAC, turbo , manifold , head set ) I'm not sure what did the most good

Probably the entire combination, every one of those items need each other to achieve maximum result.

I have a Bully Dog and it did help a very small of cooling, since mine never had hi temps, but the manifold was leaking a little bit on two places, I think the help came from the bigger port and polish.

I'm with you 100% , we fixed so many small problems it's hard to tell if any of the aftermarket stuff made a big enough difference to be worth the money , I do think at this point the aftermarket guys are working hard and sights like this are keeping them honest so you are getting a higher quality product but it's still up to each guy to decide if it makes sense in his business to spend that extra cash , we did and time will tell if it was wise

PDI builds the better manifold currently, doesn't really matter where you go as anyone that sells them should be priced according to PDI.

Is the pdi manifold much better than factory? I want to avoid the breaking down of the divider in the future. I've also heard of running a b model manifold. Any thoughts on that?
