Cat ECM Losing Trim Files

Working on my NXS Acert, changed all injectors however when I load in the trim files they reset to old ones once the key is turned off and on. They load in fine and stay in until key is turned off. Has anyone seen this or know how I can get them to stay?

What I know so far:

-Tested 70 pin connector at ecm, has keyed 12v power at one pin and 2 pins have constant 12v power. (checked pins according to diagram)

-Can exhange trim files between cylinders and they stay where I put them.

-Only cylinder #3 trim file stayed in.

Any help is very appreciated I am at my whits end with this truck.

Version of ET

I have had this same thing happen even with dealer Electronic Technician. I would assume you are using customer Electronic Technician? Does the truck run with no codes even with the wrong(old) trim codes?

well you can try doing the same operation using bypass harness.
check your et, it could have some problems.

common problem with those ecms is internal battery.
make the wiring of ecm so it never lose power use pin 70 (as I recall, not sure) as ignition 12v and bridge the ground key so ecm always in power of mode
