2007 C15 turbo problems

I have a 2007 Cat that was tuned at 625/2050. Truck performed well but recently had turbo issue. We decided to change to a single turbo. Problem is ever since we did that the EGTs are giving us problems. If you baby the truck and stay out of it you can get lower egts and pulls decent but as soon as you try to pull make it work you start to built those 1100 and 1200 numbers. Shop changed turbos again last week and had been playing with the tunes but still can't seem to get the EGTs down. Pressure tested everything and all new manifold etc. Looking for any advice on what to do.

Also I can't tell you which turbo is on there now. All this has been within the last 3 weeks but I am not the driver just the owner.

Update.

Driver called in today after most recent computer tune. Hard pull grossing 90,000 pyro would barely get to 1000*. So we are going to leave well enough along for now
