International Low Pro Question

I’m looking at a 1994 International 4600 LP. What does it take to bring it up to a normal truck not a LP. It has 22.5 wheels and air brakes. So is just as easy as slapping different springs under it? Maybe a steering arm, check drive shaft? I know the gear ratio might be different, no big deal there. Thanks....
