Help me out

I may have found an incredible deal on a Cummins to throw in my old 96, but it is out of a 93. What is the difference between a 93 and a 94? Just the pump?

the biggest difference is the 93 has a ve rotarty pump were a 94 has a the p7100 inline pump. given the choice you would want the p 7100pump. The ve pump is a very good pump though.

Iv had it almost 3 years now. If always wanted a ford/cummins. I can say its been almost a year on new heads, turbo, ect and the truck has not puked once since the arps went in with the 2nd set of hgs. I run a 150HP tune all day every day, unless towing big. My list is pretty big from this year of parts that were replaced.

I'd really like to have a cummins in my old 96, but I want to slowly put it together. I don't need it running immediately, just a nice little project, so I'm looking for a cheap 12valver. Conversions are the chit

The 93 motor is not the same. Its not worth putting in your truck. I dont think you can even P-pump them. You might be able to but the motor is not the same.

The 93 motor can be p pumped. At worst you just have to change the front gear trans they use the same injectors on the same side of the head, it should be that big of a problem to p pump.
