isn't diesel exhaust a heavy particulate so it falls to the ground and not a real harm to be ingested by people? Unlike that of a gas vehicle where the particulates are tiny and not able to be filtered by our bodies? Yes you can see the diesel, but if you notice it falls and doesn't stay airborne like gas...
