96 F250 - Please use some punctuation. Your messages are very difficult to read.
You need to figure out what that switch is connected to.
Like other have said, a "flooded" diesel will blow white smoke out the tail pipe. If
no start and getting white smoke the there is an glow plug issue. If cranking
and no hint of white smoke then there is no fuel.
If no smoke, pop open the fuel bowl, it should be full... If not you could just be out of fuel, of have a intank or fuel pump issue.
