you're guessing or you know for sure?

Well... We ARE moving... Just dont know for sure where... Boss gave me a good raise, but a hard time about where I live. Wife was pushing to sell before she shoots the people up the road. Washington has no Income tax so there is a 9% raise if I move there... If you stay close to the Oregon border then you can avoid the sales tax on most stuff...

House's are cheaper... Well not really cheaper but I can get a bigger shop... Like this...

http://locator.nwmls.com/scripts/mgr...dg%3D&KeyRid=1

Some have more SF, some have more shop... some have a little more room acre wise... we are looking at 4 or 5 on saturday...

Just nerve wacking as we have both lived there all our adult life...

Wow, some of the houses we work at here are way more than that and you get six blades of grass and the ability to hear your neighbor taking a dump for the price.

Are houses actually selling out there? Whats the average time on the market?

Not sure for the time part, its slowed down a little, I think Bend was one of the fastest growing cities in the country for a while (?). It boomed a couple years back, we've only got like two dozen golf course featuring resort/sub division things.

We've been working on the new one in Prineville(the rustic "Iron Horse" ), which when it, and the other three or four are done and sell all the way(doubtful), will double our population of about 9,000.
