Locking Hub

I have a 1996 F-250 4x4 with auto hubs, Does anyone have a diagram on the locking hub assy? I just bought this truck to fix and resale, but I found the hubs don't lock. I want to make sure they weren't assembled wrong before I replace them. Thanks

when my auto hubs turned 36,000 miles,i replaced them with mile master hubs, direct replacement,no mods to them,i now have over 182,000 miles on the hubs,2nd set of hubs due to the brass and aluminum siezing together.
