Yeah,i don't know your entire history with not-so -great lakes, but I read enough to know you got burned-SUCKS! Seriously though,i will gladly look for a sleeper on this side for you, just give me an idea what you want. I will check it out in person so you don't have another GL experience. Don't know anything about the export part, but i'm sure we can figure something out if we can find ya a good deal.

Great idea, The way our dollar is its a great time to buy out of the USA,Ive brought a few things out of 4 states truck parts they seem good to deal with.
Always a little scary sending money over there when you don't know them after I was burnt by Great Lakes for $20k I'm a little cautious.
You don't need a excuse to come over, just book the ticket and come over I'll give you a great tour of trucking down under.

    Hey Doug,
99% of our trucks are Australian spec so thats what they run to try and keep the dust out.
Been looking at replacing it over the last month but cant find anything I like so have decided to keep it and spend some money on it plus its still great to drive and its making around 700hp.
Going to add a sleeper but cant find one, it has to be under 60".

No, I don't have to disconnect unless I am backing into a paver or if there is no room to jacknife my trailer to either side. Usually just kick the trailer out of the way and dump. If spreading rock I dump over the tongue as I am rolling and then clean a little rock off the tongue before I get back on the road. To unhook and hook back up takes about 2minutes (if you hit the tongue eye the first time and don't knock it out of whack). It's like everything else, practice, pay attention and learn form your mistakes. It is a lot like backing up to an alley dock where your trailer has to hit the dock square just as your tractor is at a right angle. Thanks for asking.
